Director of International Business, BRANDT
Ramon Georgis, Ph. D., has been BRANDT’s Director of International Business since 2008. Under Ramon’s leadership, Brandt has expanded its global reach by 10 times and currently distributes products in 46 countries. Before joining Brandt, Ramon held increasingly strategic managerial positions in research and development, marketing and international business in the Ag world. He has worked for Biosys, Thermo Trilogy (now Certis USA) and Valent Biosciences among others. Ramon has global experience in business development and management, product development, and marketing and sales strategies of crop protection and crop nutrition products. Ramon holds an MSc in Crop Protection (1976) and a Ph. D. (1981) in Zoology/Entomology from the University of Reading, UK. He also held a post-doctorate position at the University of California, Berkeley (1981-1983).
