Cancellation / Substitution Policy
Substitutions can be made at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]– voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund, minus $50 and any transfer fees, will be issued if the cancellation notice is received by 29 June, 2018. No refunds will be issued after that day or for no shows.
Lost Badges:You will be charged the onsite registration fee to have your badge reprinted.
NOTE:When making your travel arrangements please note that there is a new end time for Trade Summit: The Trade Summit will conclude on 2 August at 1700 (not 1200 as in previous years.)
